The maximum dimensions of your poster should be 110 cm wide and 150 cm high (portrait orientation).

 

Each poster will be displayed for the whole workshop period except on the excursion day 14th.

Authors are kindly requested to be present by the posters within the poster session (17:20-18:20, November 15th).

 

Your poster can be mounted after the morning session on 12th and should be mounted before the lunch break on 15th.  It should be removed by the lunch break on 16th. After that time, it will be removed and trashed by our staffs.

 

The organizers will provide suitable fixing materials, and onsite assistance will be available to help you to display your poster.
